Carpe Sophia

A program in which foreign-born women have received support to enter the labor market. The aim of the program has been for the participants to be able to use their full competence in Sweden. Carpe Sophia was an IOP with Malmö City 2015-2018.

The project involved 63 foreign-born women, of whom 39 got jobs matched to their skills.
