NEWMEN
NEWMEN aims at replacing stereotypes of traditional masculinities with more egalitarian ones, through the development of alternative masculinities and emotional intelligence. We will do this by working on the skills it provides to deconstruct stereotypes and roles based on traditional or hegemonic masculinity.
The project aims to develop a training plan on alternative masculinities to train men in the workplace. Thus, our target group are workers and managers in companies and organisations of all sizes and sectors.
The vision of our project is to develop a programme that has a positive impact on men, so that they can express their gender in the workplace without feeling that they have to act according to a certain stereotype. The vision of the project is also to support the fight against sexism and not tolerate gender-based violence or any kind of abuse.
