"I have seen many examples of companies that would have done much better if they had embraced and implemented change, and seen greater value in diversity. My hope is that as an honorary member of the IKF, I can help open doors for women who often feel that doors have been closed to them. At the same time, I want to help companies understand what source of valuable dissent and experience they are overlooking. For me, 'job satisfaction' is supporting others to cope with things they didn't think were possible."
