Internationella Kvinnoföreningen i Malmö (IKF Malmö) is a nonprofit organisation, independent of political parties and religious affiliations. Since 1970, we have worked to strengthen the rights and independence of women born outside Sweden and support their participation in society and the labour market.

At IKF Malmö, women come together to practise Swedish, gain new knowledge and share experiences. We offer study groups and programmes that help women prepare for employment, and we run national and international projects. Our activities explore issues that shape everyday life and society - from employment and health to democracy and human rights. Our work is guided by participants’ experiences and needs, with the aim of helping more women shape their own lives, move towards employment and make their voices heard in society.
