Baftije Mehmedi

My name is Baftije Mehmedi, and I am a board member at IKF Malmö. I am a trained accounting economist and work as the operations manager at BM Accounting AB, where we help small and medium-sized companies with bookkeeping and accounting.

I enjoy working with driven people – they inspire me, and it makes me happy to know that my work contributes to their growth. I became involved with IKF Malmö because what the organization stands for and works with is truly amazing – it’s an important initiative for women in Malmö. I want to be part of strengthening women.

For me, IKF Malmö brings joy and positive energy, and I am inspired by all the women I meet from around the world. A cause close to my heart is helping women develop in their professional lives. For me, education has always been more than a job – it has been the key to freedom.

In my free time, I practice oriental dance. Moving to rhythm and drumbeats is wonderful. A motto that inspires me is: “Be kind to yourself.”
