My name is Nade Dukleska, and I am a deputy member of the board at IKF Malmö. I hold a law degree and a Master’s in International Human Rights Law. I currently work as a legal advisor for the municipality of Skurup, where I am responsible for all legal matters related to education – from preschool to adult education.

I became involved with IKF Malmö to contribute to and support the integration of women in Malmö. For me, IKF is a way to give back to society and a tool to help women. One cause that I am particularly passionate about is education – of course! During my studies, I worked as a study group leader at IKF and gave lectures, an experience that has deeply shaped my view on education and its importance.

In my free time, I play chess – I am a former champion and still play as a hobby. A quote that inspires me is: “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor.”
