Care - Women and competence

Care - Women and Competence aimed to support Ukrainian women in entering the Swedish labor market. The project offered workshops, study visits, and individual coaching. Most importantly, participants had the opportunity to expand their social and professional networks by becoming part of IKF’s extensive network.
