Carpe Sophia
A program designed to support immigrant women in entering the labor market, with the goal of enabling participants to fully utilize their skills and qualifications in Sweden. Carpe Sophia was an IOP project in collaboration with Malmö City from 2015 to 2018. A total of 63 immigrant women took part, of whom 39 secured employment matching their competencies.
