FLY-IN: Addressing Financial Literacy needs of Young NEET women towards their financial INclusion
In the FLY-IN project, we developed a training program aimed at educating youth workers from various financial institutions, youth centers, and educational organizations engaged with young people, NEETs*, migrants, and women’s empowerment. The program focuses on training young women facing dual disadvantages (NEET with migrant backgrounds) to enhance their knowledge of financial literacy.
*NEET stands for “Not in Education, Employment, or Training” and refers to individuals who are unemployed and not enrolled in any education or vocational training.
