Get Me On Board

Get Me On Board was a collaborative project with the International Refugee Rights Association in Istanbul. At the time, Turkey hosted approximately 4 million refugees, the majority of whom were women excluded from the Turkish labor market. The project aimed to highlight the potential of these women and share IKF’s best practices from the Carpe Sophiaproject. The goal was to develop a tailored methodology and set of tools by organizing workshops, conducting interviews, and creating a career guide in Istanbul. The project was funded by the Swedish Institute.
