The aim of the project has been to strengthen the mental health and well-being of foreign-born women in Austria and Sweden, mainly aged 40-60. This has been done through, among other things, an educational board game about mental health, local networks and increased understanding among service providers and decision-makers. The goal has been to promote social inclusion.
