VICTORUPESI - Vocational Innovation using Creative new Technologies Resulting in Upskilling Pathways for Employability and Social Integration
VICTORUPESI stands for Vocational Innovation using Creative new TechnOlogies Resulting in Upskilling Pathways for Employability and Social Integration and was a collaborative project between Sweden, Romania, Spain, Slovenia, Serbia, and Italy. Building on the experiences from the Carpe Sophia project, VICTORUPESI is a vocational innovation initiative that leverages technology to create new pathways for employability and social integration.Female migrants received training in IT as well as both hard and soft skills, which were then matched to the needs of local businesses.
