FEM-MIAS: Women in Micro-businesses Ask for Sustainable Growth (Erasmus+)FEM-MIAS is a project dedicated to empowering and supporting women-owned micro-businesses on their journey toward sustainable growth and long-term success. Through a tailored training program, the project focuses on achieving four key objectives essential for female entrepreneurs:

• Long-term sustainability for micro-businesses: Ensuring women-owned micro-businesses can thrive and grow over time by providing the necessary tools to remain sustainable in a changing market.
• Building profitable and stable businesses: Offering education and practical tools that help women entrepreneurs develop strong business skills and create profitable, stable enterprises.
• Strengthening support systems for women entrepreneurs: Enhancing existing support networks and creating new resources to provide guidance and assistance to women in business.
• Promoting knowledge exchange: Encouraging active sharing of experiences and insights among women to build a strong community and collaborative growth platform.

Together, we work to create a future where women entrepreneurs not only stand strong but also thrive and inspire the next generation of business leaders.
