Organizational development for increased gender equality and socio-economic integration for foreign-born women in Malmö. To offer expertise and networks to promote women's entry into the labor market, economic independence and entrepreneurial spirit.

Purpose and goals

The project aims to create long-term structures within the organization that strengthen gender equality work and at the same time facilitate socio-economic integration for foreign-born women in Malmö. By combining organizational development with individual empowerment efforts, we want to create sustainable paths into society and working life. The goals are to:

• Strengthen the organization's internal capacity and expertise in gender equality and inclusion.
• Offer initiatives that promote women's empowerment, language development and labor market preparation.
• Create bridges between women, employers, education providers and civil society.

The Alliance For Gender Equality In Europe is an initiative that supports projects and initiatives that promote gender equality and inclusion at a structural level. Through financial support, knowledge exchange and networking, the Alliance For Gender Equality In Europe works to strengthen the capacity of organizations to contribute to a more equal society. The focus is on promoting initiatives that address inequalities linked to gender, background and socio-economic conditions, with a particular emphasis on creating long-term changes and sustainable solutions.
