Organizational Development for Enhanced Gender Equality and Socioeconomic Integration of Immigrant Women in Malmö. Providing expertise and networks to promote women’s entry into the labor market, economic independence, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Purpose and goals

This project aims to establish long-term structures within the organization that strengthen gender equality efforts while facilitating the socioeconomic integration of immigrant women in Malmö. By combining organizational development with individual empowerment initiatives, we strive to create sustainable pathways into society and employment. The goals are to:

Strengthen the organization’s internal capacity and expertise in gender equality and inclusion.
Offer initiatives that promote women’s empowerment, language development, and labor market preparation.
Build bridges between women, employers, educational providers, and civil society.
Highlight and leverage women’s experiences, skills, and entrepreneurial drive.

Gender Alliance is an initiative supporting projects and efforts that promote gender equality and inclusion at a structural level. Through financial support, knowledge exchange, and networking, Gender Alliance works to strengthen organizational capacity to contribute to a more equitable society. The focus is on uplifting initiatives that address inequalities related to gender, background, and socioeconomic conditions, with special emphasis on creating long-term change and sustainable solutions.
