Her Voice, Her Vote, Her Power

Her Voice, Her Vote, Her Power aims to empower women with a migration background, including refugees and women in the diaspora, by enhancing their agency, rights awareness, and active participation in democratic life in Sweden.

The project focuses on increasing women’s understanding of their fundamental rights under EU and Swedish law, with a particular focus on:

• Gender equality
• Non-discrimination
• Protection against gender-based violence

At the same time, the project strengthens their democratic competence, with a focus on political systems, elections, and civic participation.
