Inclusive Minds

The aim of the project is to strengthen the mental health and well-being of immigrant women in Austria and Sweden, primarily between the ages of 40 and 60. This is achieved through initiatives such as an educational board game on mental health, the creation of local support networks, and increased awareness among service providers and decision-makers.The overall goal is to promote social inclusion.
