Susent

Developing Skills for Climate Resillient, Sustainable Digital Entrepreneurs - SUSENT

A youth project with two core goals: addressing climate change and promoting entrepreneurship and women’s employability. One of the key approaches is to raise awareness about handmade cosmetics as a sustainable alternative that reduces the consumption of natural resources. SUSENT equips young women who are not currently in employment, education or training with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge through work-based learning strategies and hands-on methods.

Project Goals
SUSENT is an innovative youth initiative with two main and interconnected objectives: to actively address climate change and to promote entrepreneurship while improving the employability of young women. By raising awareness about sustainable and resource-efficient alternatives - such as handmade cosmetics - the project aims to reduce the overconsumption of natural resources.

Sustainable Cosmetics for a Better Future
These environmentally conscious cosmetic products offer a new way of thinking about how we use nature’s resources. By encouraging the use of handmade, eco-friendly cosmetics, SUSENT promotes sustainability and resource conservation - helping to reduce environmental impact and support climate action.

Promoting Entrepreneurship and Employability
The project specifically targets young women who are currently not in employment, offering them the opportunity to develop essential entrepreneurial skills. Through work-based learning strategies and hands-on methods, participants gain practical experience and competencies in business development, production, and sustainability. This not only equips them with the tools to launch their own ventures but also enhances their employability in the job market.

A Sustainable Future for Young Women
SUSENT merges sustainability and entrepreneurship with a focus on empowering young women. At the same time, it contributes to reducing climate impact by promoting eco-friendly alternatives and raising awareness about the environmental consequences of consumer habits.

Our results:
