At IKF’s facilities in Malmö, women from different backgrounds came together to learn, reflect, and grow through the FEM-MIAS project. Some participants were already running small businesses, others were preparing to start their first venture, and some joined to strengthen their leadership skills.

The training focused on four key areas that are essential for sustainable growth: soft skills, leadership, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Through interactive exercises, participants explored communication, empathy, confidence, and critical thinking, and reflected on what leadership looks like in practice.

A simulation exercise encouraged them to respond to real-life workplace challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

The workshop also introduced practical digital tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Notion, showing how they can support small businesses in everyday work. Alongside this, participants gained important insights into cybersecurity and safe digital routines.

Supported by Erasmus+, FEM-MIAS helps women entrepreneurs build the skills they need for future-ready businesses and stronger leadership.

A podcast was also created as part of the project to share stories and reflections from participants and partners: https://open.spotify.com/show/630w3jFHlwH5chm4NiMigJ
